The primary function of the Marketing Agent is outside sales.
The Marketing Agent is responsible for acquiring net new business (i.e. outside sales) and ensuring all professional services exceed client objectives and are delivered on-time and on-budget according to defined scope, time, and cost parameters. The Marketing Adgent plans, schedules, and controls all project activities in cooporation with Project Managers, applying technical, theoretical, and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive, professional relationships.
As the primary client point-of-contact, the Marketing Agent is responsible for client satisfaction, account management, account revenue growth, and overall business profitability in service delivery.
- Required Skills: A fearless approach to cold calling, making new contacts, prospect filtering, and an overall superior ability to interact with people.
- Compensation: Trial period is 100% commission with extremely high commission rates; Post-trial period has both variable (commission) and fixed (salary) components.
- Estimated year 1 income: $48,182.00 - $139,263.00 (figures based on historical numbers for low and high-end sales performers in their first year respectively).

The primary function of the Project Manager is to liaison between Marketing Agents, internal project staff, and clients.
The Project Manager works closely with the Marketing Agent, New Prodigy Marketing Group internal project staff (e.g. graphic artists, online marketers), and project partners. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping internal staff on time and on scope with client projects, passing project information onto clients for review and feedback, and working in tandem with Marketing Agent to understand client requirements.
- Required Skills: Exceptional attention to detail. Advanced skills with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and HTML/CSS; Flash and PHP skills are an asset.
- Compensation: Fixed (salary).
- Estimated first year income: Negotiable.

The primary function of the Web Designer is to design website layouts and convert to HTML/CSS.
The Web Designer designs website layouts and converts those layouts into HTML. Web Designers must have strong HTML/CSS skills as all websites are coded from scratch (i.e. we are a Dreamweaver-free zone).
- Required Skills: Exceptional HTML, CSS programming skills. Exceptional graphic design skills. Flash skills an asset.
- Compensation: Fixed. We will also contract out projects on a flat-rate basis to suitable candidates.
- Estimated starting wage: Negotiable Salary. Hourly rates vary from $14.00 - $35.00 / hour depending on demonstrated experience and skill level.

The primary function of the Graphic Designer is to design logo, print, and web layouts.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing logo, print, and website layouts. Graphic Designer must have expert level Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, with HTML/CSS skills being an asset.
