With New Prodigy you get a defined, efficient process, that allows you to track progress and milestones, interact with our team, and ensure a great result within the pre-determined budget.
Let's talk about how the entire website design process works, from quote to launch.
- We consult with you to define your objectives, learn about your business and industry, research your competitors, and understand your hopes.
- We show you what you can do, what you should do, and what you must do. You then tell us what you will do.
- We utilize that information to get you a customized quote so you know exactly what you're paying for (no hidden fees).
- We provide you with a navigation scheme so you can see how your content will be organized.
- We identify existing websites you like so we further understand your design preferences.
- We work with you to create enough content to design site mockups (static "pictures" of what your site will look like).
- Our design team then creates a home page website mockup for you.
- We review the mockup with you to find out what you like, and what you want changed (most review sessions are conducted via online meetings and our Project Hub).
- Our design team updates the mockup according to your feedback.
- We work through additional reviews and revisions with you as required, all tracked through our Project Hub.
- Once you approve your mockup, we build a functional website.
- We then add your content, make any additional finishing touches.
- The last step is launching your website under your domain name to the world (we do this for you).
The entire process takes an average of 6 weeks for a mid-sized website (roughly 10 pages or content less). Our turnaround times on design milestones are very quick, always 3 - 5 business days.
